Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: Open to everyone.
2. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, scan the QR code on your Lean Ensemble Holiday postcard and follow the on-screen instructions to
complete and submit the online entry form. Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 12/12/24 and ends on 12/31/24 at midnight.
4. Drawing: A random drawing to select the winner will be held on or about 1/6/25 from all eligible entries received.
5. Prize: 4 tickets to a future Lean Ensemble production of your choice during the current season. Choose from: "Summer, 1976" (Jan 16-26);
"Skeleton Crew" (Mar 20-30); or, "Master Class" (May 15-25).
6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the drawing date. The winner must respond within 5 days to claim
the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Terms and Conditions:
● No Substitution: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
● Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
● Liability: The Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues that may prevent an entry
from being successfully submitted.
8. Restrictions:
● The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
● By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of the State of
South Carolina.
9. Governing Law: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By
entering, participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Beaufort County, South Carolina.
10. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Lean Ensemble Theater.
11. Additional Terms: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor
beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
