 TICKET INFORMATION

We offer a variety of ticket options so no one misses a show! We offer group rates, military, teacher and student discounts (call for details). 

RUSH tickets are also available 30 minutes before that start of each production – credit cards welcome, when you arrive at the theater go to the box office and ask for Rush tickets.

Where is your Box Office located? 

Since we rent our performance space, our box office is available to you over the phone. On a performance day, our physical box office operations are available to you 30 minutes prior to a performance. 

When is your box office open?

Our phone Box Office hours are from 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with the exception of production weekends.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. 

What is your exchange policy?

All Subscribers & Flex Package Holders can exchange their tickets for an alternative date.

When and where can I pick up my tickets?

All purchased tickets are held at the Will Call table on the day of performance. The Will Call table is located inside at the lobby of the theater and opens thirty minutes before the performance. 

I tried to buy my tickets online and I don’t see the performance date I want to attend. Why?

Online and telephone sales end 2 hours prior to a performance. Join us at the theater 30 minutes prior to the show to purchase your tickets at the door!

What are your show times?

Thursday, Friday & Saturday shows begin at 7:30pm

Sunday shows begin at 2:00pm. 

The theater doors and the house open 30 minutes before a performance.
