Maggie Kettering has directed Educating Rita and The Thanksgiving Play, and was seen on stage in Outside Mullingar here at Lean. Regional directing credits include Baskerville and The Stranger at Peninsula Players and Emma at Door Shakespeare. She was a company member for over 6 seasons at Great Lakes Theater, and has worked with St. Louis Repertory Theater, Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Northlight Theatre, House Theatre (Joseph Jefferson Nomination), Shakespeare Theatre Company, TimeLine Theatre, Delaware REP, Irish Theatre of Chicago, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival, Texas Shakespeare Festival, Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Virginia Shakespeare Festival, Contemporary American Theatre Festival, Warehouse Theatre, and Delaware Theatre Company, among others. Maggie is a resident of Chicago, an Ironman finisher, and has a BA, an MFA, and is working on an MS to become an CCC-SLP. One day she hopes to have all the letters of the alphabet.
