We gather to answer the call.

From Washington to Tiburon,

Then Hilton Head and New York,

We welcome the Platinum Birthday

Of Myla Lerner, Trapeze Artist and Clown,

Impresario of Theater, even in the Round.

As the story goes, and To Cut To The Chase,

Our Myla found great theater in every place.

From NYC to London, her yearly jaunt,

A Producer she became, and excellence she sought.

The wisdom of Lombardi, such a great ring,

“Winning isn’t everything, it’s the ONLY thing.”

From Pippin she learned to find her corner of the sky,

Judy Garland’s story made everyone cry,

For Myla, there have been many great plays,

Thankfully, the Constitution really pays,

When Priscilla’s bus flipped into gear,

Kramer and his boa did appear.
